Strom Properties was founded originally as Yale Investment Company, and has from the outset focused on the operational, physical, and investment management of residential rental properties ranging from single family homes to large multi-family complexes. We are full service, with a turn-key management program that includes marketing, leasing, tenant service, maintenance, and all other elements of operation for success. We treat every property as if it was our own. We have an experienced maintenance team most repairs, together with proven contacts for more extensive repairs or needed construction.

Roger Strom, President, has, since 1987, successfully operated a wide range and considerable number of rental properties in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties. He provides a personalized, hands-on service with the primary goals of minimizing vacancies and turnover while providing exceptional service to tenants. This approach has enabled him to consistently maximize the return on investment for is clients. Roger holds a Bdegree in economics and an MBA degree in Finance.

Jerry Strom, Chairman, has been a successful, self-employed entreprenuer for more than 50 years, creating value for his investor clients in more than 40 successful investment property partnerships. He holds a BS degree.

Mary Jo (MJ) DeLaere, VP, Finance, provides hands on support for clients and vendors to ensure efficient and effective project financial management support for clients and vendors. She holds a BS degree in business, and has strong experience in the property management field.
